One of the key items to purchase pre baby is your stroller. My husband and I went out to Buy Buy Baby and literally stood apart from each other and Atlee made me push strollers towards him to see which one would continue strait and not veer off if an accident happens!

It is so easy to use and there are nice BIG red buttons/pulls for the men in our life to easily remove the car-seat from the base and the stroller.

I love the jogging aspect and it rides so smooth on the streets jogging, walking on sidewalks, even through an art fair! 

Another perk is that you do not have to have a base for when other family member have your little one (although it does make it much easier!)

Getting into a routine post baby is ideal.  It is not only great for you to get out and enjoy some fresh air but also stimulating for your baby to hear all the noises and use all of thier senses! Even if it is just a 15 minute walk to start out and working your way up to 30 minutes to an hour!
